Built for more than one way of browsing
Pages use semantic headings, landmark regions, descriptive links, native details controls, visible keyboard focus, high-contrast text, and responsive layouts. Decorative illustrations have empty alternative text because the same meaning is provided in nearby words.
Keyboard and motion
A skip link moves past repeated navigation. The chapter strip remains keyboard reachable on narrow screens. Motion is limited to small visual transitions and is removed when the browser requests reduced motion.
Zoom and narrow screens
Text uses relative sizes and the layout changes to a single readable column. Content is designed not to require horizontal page scrolling at 390 by 844 pixels. Navigation can scroll within its own labeled strip when needed without showing a persistent native scrollbar.
Known contact limitation
Telephone is the only provider-referral contact option offered here. There is no email, text, or web form alternative, which limits access for people who cannot or prefer not to call. The publication does not claim that its contact options meet every accessibility need.
